Cancellation Policy

À LA CARTE For "Drop-ins", we ask all our clients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation. Your absence from class without notice is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you do not show up or if you cancel the class outside of this timeframe, the full payment will be retained. ÉCONOMIQUE 1 AND 2 Memberships are recurring monthly fees that can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. It is your responsibility to respect this deadline. Any membership cancellation made after its billing date will be considered as charged and non-refundable. 3-MONTH PACKAGES AND MORE Class booking is mandatory to guarantee your spot and to allow tracking of the number of sessions used during your package period. All of these sessions must be taken during the validity period of the package. Once the subscription has started, it cannot be cancelled, suspended, or refunded. Only packages with session rollovers are possible. Unused sessions are neither transferable nor refundable. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ANFÒM FITNESS cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents occurring inside or outside the studio premises. ANFÒM FITNESS may film and take photos of participants during classes and/or events organized by the company and has the right to use them for educational or promotional purposes. All disrespectful acts, behaviors, and remarks towards others are not tolerable and subject to expulsion without refund. Sanitary rules: Only water bottles will be allowed in the studio. Please do not bring food! Make sure to have clean shoes before entering; boots must be removed beforehand and placed in the designated area. If you have symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.), please do not attend and return when they have disappeared. All payments must be made before class via the suggested platform (Fit by Wix).
