Return policy

RETURN POLICY

We love happy customers and strive to make you 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we do our best to provide the most accurate information. Please take the time to choose the product that best suits you.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items. To exercise this right, you may contact us at anfomfitness@gmail.com or send your return directly to the address listed below.

Refunds

Refunds will always be made using the original method of payment used for the purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only qualify for a partial refund.

  • Items returned after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.

If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at anfomfitness@gmail.com.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

Customers are eligible for one (1) exchange per item if there are issues with the products upon arrival. Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery. This does not guarantee that you will be able to exchange for the same item. If the product is out of stock, you may receive a refund or store credit.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for these reasons, please email us at anfomfitness@gmail.com and send your item to the return address below.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the refund will be processed to the original payment method of the gift purchaser. Gift cards will not be issued as refunds.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times may vary depending on destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and order size.

Please note that delays may occur due to holidays or carrier-related issues.
